Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 2 years for junior, 5 years for intermediate and 8 years for senior working experience in the related field
Required skill(s) : Revit BIM, Autocad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Ensuring Design Concepts are carried through at every stage for local and overseas projects
Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials
Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
Ability for self-motivation and time management skills

Degree holder in Architecture or Building
At least 2 years for junior position and 4 years for intermediate position
For Senior, need to liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team and to train and supervise junior staff
familiarity with various forms of building contract
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
Ability for self-motivation and time management skills
Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability
Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
Required skill(s) : Autocad, Microsoft office
Familiarity with BIM and Microsoft Project software is an advantage
