West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok, located between Bukit Batok Road and Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, will offer 689 residential units, including 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats, as well as 3Gen flats. These five blocks are designed around a central open space, creating a vibrant area for recreational and community activities with children’s playgrounds and fitness corners. These Standard flats, classified under a new system, feature a shorter waiting time of about two years.

The name “West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok” draws inspiration from traditional bricklaying techniques, reflected in the building’s façade, where painted “bricks” form a gradient extending to the gable ends. This design pays tribute to the historic brick factories that once thrived in Bukit Batok. The landscape design captures the flowing form of kiln smoke with winding jogging and cycling paths that cross the central green area, linking outdoor amenities like playgrounds and fitness zones to foster community interaction and promote an active lifestyle. This theme extends to the Multi-Storey Car Park’s rooftop garden, where a winding walkway connects community gardens with viewpoints overlooking the Bukit Batok skyline. Altogether, the project blends Bukit Batok’s industrial heritage with modern, community-focused living.
