Located in Choa Chu Kang precinct, the residential development comprises three 16-storey blocks of standard flats, and one 16-storey rental flats, served by a 4-storey multi-storey car park and ground floor communal facilities.

The design is intended to focus on achieving the primary needs and comfort of the residents. Communal and garden areas on the car park rooftop allow for recreational and bonding activities. The residential towers face north-south with gable end walls facing east-west, avoid direct contact with the sun’s path. The orientation also maximizes the distance between any two blocks to provide maximum privacy, and more communal space around the premises.
