The design is intended to focus on achieving the primary needs and comfort of the residents. Communal and garden areas on the car park rooftop allow for recreational and bonding activities. The residential towers face north-south with gable end walls facing east-west, avoid direct contact with the sun’s path. The orientation also maximizes the distance between any two blocks to provide maximum privacy, and more communal space around the premises.
