17 Jalan Sejarah is a contemporary resort-inspired architecture that incorporates a courtyard, garden, and water feature into the built fabric. The design utilizes sustainable materials such as accoya wood, which provides a sense of natural warmth and comfort.
The living spaces were designed to capture and allow sunlight to flow freely throughout the house, brightening every corner, with a portion of it completely glazed. Inside, there are four levels of living space as well as a basement private carpark with a skylight from the above-storey water feature that brings in natural lighting. A courtyard was surrounded by a dining room, bedroom, and staircase, allowing those inside to admire it.
