Wilshire Residences

Singapore

Located along Farrer Road, in close proximity to Farrer MRT Station, Holland Village and Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the development is a freehold residential tower comprising 12 storeys of 85 units.

The design takes advantage of the site’s 12m level differences resulting in a unique tower massing. In addition, as a continuity to the surrounding green, unique garden-themed features are designed, including cascading gardens, spice gardens, lily ponds and flower terraces. In designing the tower, the units are designed to open to the surrounding views, address environmental factors and cater to the residents’ needs. A shift in the tower massing orientation achieves wider frontage and maximum ventilation. Screens are added on the east-west facade avoiding the sun-path. Light wells penetrate through to the basement. A mind-level sky terrace provides residents respite and recreation.
